Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
• If the item has been used, we can review the case based on the pictures you provide. If the product is not fully damaged, we will issue a refund. Please rest assured, our goal is not to give you a hard time with returns, we want to make the process as smooth and fair as possible.
• A receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued promptly to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
• If you haven't received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at contact@brasslux.com.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within the 60-day return period for items that arrive defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@brasslux.com for instructions.

Shipping for Returns

• To start a return, please email us at contact@brasslux.com and we will provide you with the return address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Shipping costs (including original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
