Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within the 60-day return period for items that arrive defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@brasslux.com for instructions.

Shipping for Returns

  • To start a return, please email us at contact@brasslux.com and we will provide you with the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Shipping costs (including original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
